I began my career with EWDL over 1½ years ago. After graduating from IIM, I started off as a Management Trainee here and I am a Retail Strategy Analyst today. The most important trait about EWDL is that they effectively utilize their ability to promote successfully from within the company. Their core mission is built on developing home grown talent and helping us to reach the next level of our potential. The leadership here has been very supportive of my efforts and is always available to provide desired training or advice.

I started my Career with EWDL and the company has provided me with excellent opportunities to work. It has provided me with a platform to grow professionally as well as personally. My seniors as well as our junior staff provided me with every support that I needed at every step. The company believes in doing what is necessary and what is right.

There are Various types of Companies formed with an attitude to do business and book the profits. Prima-facie it is always justified - but this is a deceptive statement.
The working pattern & environment is one of the best by any standards of whatsoever measures, but what I like the most is the transparency in to the day-to-day working which automatically prevents the deceit, jealousy, misunderstanding among the employees. Hence there requires no astrologer to predict that the Company has a great future in the days to come!
